The Connecticut Law Tribune features Wiggin and Dana’s successful representation of the Town of East Haven, in a case in which the Connecticut Supreme Court affirmed an Appellate Court decision reversing a $6.2 million judgment against East Haven, in an article titled, “Supreme Court Sides With East Haven in Government Immunity Case Involving $12M Verdict” on January 28, 2019.
