Connecticut Law Tribune Features Wiggin and Dana’s Successful Representation of Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of Connecticut

The Connecticut Law Tribune features Wiggin and Dana’s successful representation of Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of Connecticut, in a case in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit unanimously upheld a lower court’s ruling that Connecticut liquor laws don’t constitute price-fixing, in an article titled, “Total Wine Loses Constitutional Challenge to Conn.’s Liquor Pricing Laws” on February 25, 2019.
