Dale Carlson appointed Legislative Committee Chair for the Connecticut Intellectual Property Law Association
During the term of his one year appointment, Mr. Carlson will review current legislative initiatives relating to intellectual property at the CIPLA's monthly meetings being held at Yale's Graduate Club.
Mr. Carlson is an Adjunct Professor for Intellectual Property at Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and is presently NYIPLA's Chair of the Committee on License to Practice Requirements. He is also currently a Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Regional Bar Association of Stamford, Norwalk, Wilton and Darien, Connecticut. He is a member of the Licensing Executives Society, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriete Industrielle, the International Intellectual Property Association, and the Intellectual Property Owners organization.
