The article discusses the hunt for the diary of Alfred Rosenberg, who was convicted of war crimes and hanged in Nuremberg in 1946. The diary was seized and forfeited by Wiggin and Dana partner David L. Hall and Homeland Security Investigation agents in 2013, when Mr. Hall was a federal prosecutor.
