DEI DRIVE Annual Report 2022

Wiggin and Dana is excited to share our inaugural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion report. In 2022, we began to implement our DEI Strategic Action Plan, DEI DRIVE, and launched initiatives focused on increasing our representation, infrastructure, talent management processes and education. 2022 was a year of advancements in our efforts and we continue to weave a culture of equity and inclusion into the fabric of our firm. We also know that our DEI work is never complete. We look forward to sharing with you our progress as we drive our diversity, equity and inclusion initiative forward.
