Immigration Partner Najia S. Khalid and Associate Ashley F. Moore Recognized by The National Law Review As 2020 Go-To Thought Leaders

Partner and Co-Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law and Compliance Practice Group Najia S. Khalid has been honored as a National Law Review 2020 Go-To Thought Leader in Business Immigration. Najia was chosen for her contributions on business immigration issues, specifically her coverage of the State Department’s visa bulletins, news on flexibility in I-9 requirements for employers, new travel restrictions and immigration changes related to international students in the age of COVID-19.

Associate Ashley F. Moore has been honored as a National Law Review 2020 Go-To Thought Leader in Immigration Regulation for her immigration articles on topics ranging from USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) / DOS (Department of State) case processing updates, COVID-19 briefings from the department of homeland security (DHS), and federal government policy changes that impact student visa holders.
