One of Germany's leading newspapers, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), noted today that Wiggin and Dana had recently filed a motion to dismiss a case brought in Washington D.C. by plaintiffs residing in London and New Mexico, regarding claims to a renowned collection of medieval art known as the "Guelph Treasure."

The Wiggin and Dana team, led by Jonathan Freiman, represents the Federal Republic of Germany and the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz (Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation) in the action.
