New York Legal Awards Shortlists Wiggin and Dana for Litigation Department of the Year: Intellectual Property

Wiggin and Dana is proud to announce that its Intellectual Property Practice Group has been selected by The New York Legal Awards as a finalist for Litigation Department of the Year: Intellectual Property.

The firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group provides comprehensive counsel across the full spectrum of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and technology-related matters. The group includes experienced litigators, patent and trademark practitioners, and transactional attorneys who advise clients ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 businesses across industries including software, telecommunications, life sciences, medical devices, consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, and media. The team represents clients in high-stakes intellectual property disputes before federal and state courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, arbitral tribunals, and other forums, while also counseling on patent and trademark portfolio development, IP licensing, technology transactions, trade secret protection, and strategic intellectual property management.

The final winners will be announced at the 2026 New York Legal Awards ceremony, held on September 3, 2026, at Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York, New York.
