On February 25, 2022, Partner Caroline Park was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article titled, โCovid Vaccine Mandate Religious Exemptions Give Hospitals Leeway.โ Health care facilities across the U.S. that are subject to the CMS vaccine are evaluating requests from employees to be exempted from the vaccination requirements due to their religious beliefs. Park discussed factors that a health care facility may consider in evaluating compliance with the CMS vaccine mandate and potential Title VII liability.
