Partner Michael Kasdan Quoted in Orange County Lawyer Magazine on NFTs and Blockchain

Partner Michael Kasdan was quoted in the November issue of Orange County Lawyer Magazine titled “NFTs, The Blockchain and Why We Should Care.” The article discusses why lawyers of all backgrounds would benefit from paying closer attention to the world of Blockchain, Web3 and NFTs. Mike stated, “The most fundamental reason folks are excited about NFTS is because they provide a viable mechanism to monetize digital assets which have always been very hard to monetize.”
