U.S. Supreme Court Expected to Issue Opinions in Padilla, Hamdi and Guantanamo Bay Cases by Monday

June 22, 2004. Within the week, possibly as early as Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to issue opinions in the three “enemy combatant” cases — Rumsfeld v. Padilla, Hamdi v. Rumsfeld and the Guantanmo Bay Cases.
