Wiggin and Dana Advises 6K in Series E Funding Round

Wiggin and Dana recently represented 6K, a producer of engineered materials for lithium-ion batteries and additive manufacturing, in its Series E funding round. The fundraising included investments from Anzu Partners, Energy Impact Partners, LaunchCapital, Material Impact, and Volta Energy Technologies, who invested $82 million in the first close of 6K’s Series E round.

The Wiggin deal team consisted of Evan Kipperman, Brian Sturm, Elishama Rudolph, Sarah Cherfan, Kathy Ellison, Jackie Yuan, and Daniel Goren.
