Wiggin and Dana Advises BioArctic AB in research and collaboration agreement with Eli Lilly and Company

Wiggin and Dana recently represented BioArctic AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: BIOA B) in connection with its research and collaboration agreement with Eli Lilly and Company regarding a potential new treatment combining BioArctic’s proprietary BrainTransporter™ technology with an undisclosed Lilly drug candidate in neurodegeneration. Under the agreement, BioArctic will receive a $30 million up-front payment and will be eligible to receive additional milestone payments of up to $770 million plus tiered mid-single digit royalties.

The Wiggin and Dana deal team consisted of Toby Bannon and Kelsey Loomis.
