Wiggin and Dana Advises Wellinks in $10 Million Series B Funding

Wiggin and Dana represented Wellinks in its recently announced $10 million Series B funding with participation from UMass Memorial Health and existing Wellinks investors. Wellinks is a leader in cardiopulmonary care, leveraging remote patient monitoring and predictive analytics to improve outcomes for patients with chronic respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. The proceeds will be used to expand commercial growth and patient access to its predictive care model.

The Wiggin deal team consisted of Adam Silverman, Evan Kipperman and Courtney Suggs.
