Wiggin and Dana Advises Woodbridge International on Sale to Mariner Wealth Advisors

Wiggin and Dana recently represented Woodbridge International LLC, a leading middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, in its sale to Mariner Wealth Advisors, LLC, a national wealth advisory firm. Through the sale, Woodbridge brings over 30 years of expertise and a team of seasoned professionals and expands Mariner’s sell-side M&A advisory capabilities.

The Wiggin deal team consisted of William Perrone, Heather Rahilly, Elishama Rudolph, and Sarah Cherfan.
