Wiggin and Dana Appoints New Diversity Manager
New Haven – Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce the appointment of partner Sarvesh Mahajan as the firm's new Diversity Manager.
In this newly created position, Mr. Mahajan's primary role will be to develop and promote diversity goals and strategies for the firm. Mr. Mahajan will work with the firm's Hiring Committee to further goals of attorney recruitment, retention and advancement at all levels, and with the Executive Committee to promote awareness of issues that impact diversity in firm management, operations, governance and client service. In addition, he will coordinate with the firm's Diversity Committee to foster an environment that promotes inclusiveness and support for all lawyers.

Mr. Mahajan is a member of the Technology and Outsourcing Group in the firm's New York office. He advises clients on the negotiation, drafting and implementation of technology and commercial agreements, including outsourcing, software licenses and services, and cloud-based offerings. Mr. Mahajan is a member of Wiggin and Dana's Diversity Committee and Hiring Committee. He is also a member of the North American South Asian Bar Association (NASABA) and is also actively involved in the Connecticut (SABAC) and New York (SABANY) chapters.
