Wiggin and Dana Assists Client 6K Additive, Inc. with the Completion of their IPO and Official Entry into the Australian Public Markets
On December 4, 2025, our client, 6K Additive, Inc. (6KA) successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO) and on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), raising A$48 million at an offer price of A$1.00 per CDI.
The IPO received strong support from a diverse group of new institutional investors, family offices, and sophisticated investors across Australia and internationally, as well as from existing shareholders. With this newly secured capital, 6K Additive will advance its expansion strategy, enhancing its ability to serve a growing customer base and broadening its innovative product offerings.
