Wiggin and Dana Attorney teaches a new course at Quinnipiac University School of Law

Jody Erdfarb, an attorney at Wiggin and Dana and adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law, will be teaching a course called, “Health Information Privacy and Security Law” this semester at Quinnipiac University School of Law.

Jody practices in Wiggin and Dana’s Health Care Department. She advises a wide range of healthcare providers, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health care agencies, dental practices, behavioral health providers, and individual practitioners on a broad range of issues including compliance, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, patient care, regulatory and corporate matters.
