Wiggin and Dana Awarded Litigation Department of the Year for Product Liability and for White Collar/Government Compliance

March 16, 2015

New Haven – Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the Connecticut Law Tribune's 2015 Litigation Department of the Year Award for its Product Liability and White Collar/Government Compliance practice groups. It is the second straight year that Wiggin and Dana's White Collar/Government Compliance practice group received this recognition.

"Our litigation department is comprised of excellent and dedicated lawyers. This year we received more practice area awards than any other firm in the state," commented Jim Glasser, Chair of Wiggin and Dana's Litigation Department. "Receiving these awards on the heels of Benchmark Litigation's Connecticut Litigation Department of the Year Award is extremely gratifying."

The Connecticut Law Tribune's Litigation Department of the Year Awards are open to any law firm with a Connecticut presence that handles litigation matters. According to the Connecticut Law Tribune, the newspaper received an unprecedented number of entries for 2015. The panel of judges based its decisions not only on overall litigation success, but on the range of practice areas represented in top cases and the overall impact of the results.

In recognition of its success in the past year, Wiggin and Dana will be presented with these awards at a formal ceremony on May 21, 2015, at The Bond Ballroom in Hartford, Connecticut.
