Wiggin and Dana Client Ampla Technologies Raises $40 Million in Series A Fundraising

Wiggin and Dana represented its client Ampla Technologies Inc., a New York-based startup that provides financing to small-to-medium sized consumer-facing businesses, in raising $40 million in its Series A fundraising. The financing was co-led by VMG Partners and Forerunner Ventures and existing backer Core Innovation Capital also invested in the round to grow the Ampla team and expand its outreach. Counsel Elishama Rudolph was integral to the success of this transaction.
