Wiggin and Dana Elects Two New Executive Committee Members
Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce the election of two partners, Heather D. Rahilly and Kevin M. Smith, to its Executive Committee. The election was effective on October 1, 2023.
Rahilly is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Group and Co-Chair of its Private Equity Practice Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and financing. She is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Women in M&A Section of the American Bar Association and the Women’s Association of Venture and Equity.
Smith focuses on complex civil litigation, principally in the areas of business disputes, product liability and aviation, and chairs the firm’s Product Liability Defense Practice Group. He also serves as the Connecticut State Chair of the International Association of Defense Counsel, on the Connecticut Statewide Legal Services Board of Directors, and as a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation.
