Wiggin and Dana Files Amicus Brief in the U.S. Supreme Court
Wiggin and Dana attorneys filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of two renowned antitrust economists, J. Gregory Sidak and Robert D. Willig. As noted by Law 360, Mr. Sidak and Mr. Willig, “urged the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a Second Circuit decision in favor of American Express Co. in a suit challenging rules that prevent merchants from steering customers to other credit cards, arguing the steering provisions enhance competition.”
Wiggin and Dana attorneys Robert Langer, Aaron Bayer, Benjamin Diessel and Jennifer McTiernan represented Mr. Sidak and Mr. Willig.
