Wiggin and Dana Lawyers to Lead Entrepreneurship Class at Duke Law School
Wiggin and Dana Corporate Department Chairman Michael Grundei and Corporate Partner Scott Kaufman, both Duke Law School graduates, will be leading the November 6, 2012 Entrepreneurship and the Law class at Duke University School of Law.
They will lead a mock client advocacy session with the students relating to a dispute between founders of an early-stage company. This class is part of Duke Law's innovative Law and Entrepreneurship LLM Degree Program.
Both Grundei and Kaufman are members of Wiggin and Dana's Emerging Companies and Private Equity Practice and work with a wide range of clients from start-ups, entrepreneurs and their financing sources to publicly traded companies.
