Wiggin and Dana Lawyers Write for Wage & Hour Defense Institute Blog

Wiggin and Dana employment lawyers Lawrence Peikes and Joshua Walls wrote a post titled “Second Circuit Finds Warehouse Captains Qualify for FLSA’s Executive Exemption” for the Wage & Hour Defense Institute Blog. The post discussed the opinion issued by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on July 12, 2012, holding that warehouse captains employed by a wholesale food distributor satisfy the requirements of the FLSA’s overtime exemption for bona fide executives.
