Wiggin and Dana Participates in Anti-Defamation League Summer Associate Research Program

August 1, 2011

New Haven – Wiggin and Dana participated in the Anti-Defamation League's (ADL) inaugural Summer Associate Research Program.

"Though our pro bono program regularly includes work for ADL on a national and local basis, this summer's program formalized the involvement of summer associates in our work for ADL and gave the summers a greater appreciation for ADL's mission and work in Connecticut. It was a very satisfying experience for us and ADL," comments Alan Schwartz, Partner and Chair of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.

About the ADL Research Program
ADL's Summer Associate Research Program provides law firm summer associates the opportunity to complete pro bono legal research projects on cutting-edge civil rights issues while furthering the mission of the Anti-Defamation League. Under the direction of a supervising attorney, each summer associate researches an assigned topic and provides a memorandum to ADL on issues critical to ADL's work, including, among others, religious liberty, the separation of church and state, immigration, free speech, and reproductive rights.
