Wiggin and Dana Partner Becomes a Member of Angel Capital Association Public Policy Advisory Committee
NEW HAVEN – Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that Frank J. Marco, partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Department and Chair of the Private Equity and Emerging Companies Practice Group and Co-Chair of the firm's Clean Technology Practice Group has become a Member of the Angel Capital Association Public Policy Advisory Committee.
Frank J. Marco has over 30 years of experience in corporate, finance and securities law. His practice focuses on representing venture capital investors and emerging growth companies in capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing, research and development, and related matters. He regularly counsels institutional clients on corporate transactions.
As a member of the Advisory Council, Frank will assist the Committee in maintaining a level of awareness on public policy topics and issues, identifying, analyzing and commenting on the impact of various provisions of Federal and State law. He will also assist the Committee in formulating and adopting recommendations to legislative and executive branch leaders.
