Wiggin and Dana Partner Michael Menapace Elected Treasurer of the Hartford County Bar Association

Wiggin and Dana Partner Michael Menapace was elected as the 2016-2017 Treasurer of the Hartford County Bar Association (HCBA), the oldest bar association in the United States, at the association's 233rd annual meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2016.  

Michael will also be the President-elect and President of the HCBA in each of the next two years. Michael was pleased to nominate and honored to present Genea Bell with the 2016 Judge Maxwell Heiman Memorial Award during the meeting. John C. Matulis, Jr. was presented with the President's Award, and Timothy S. Fischer, Dean of the University of Connecticut School of Law, was presented with the John M. Bailey Award for Public Service. Linda A. Klein, President-elect of the American Bar Association was the featured speaker at the event.
