Wiggin and Dana partner Merton Gollaher has been recognized for the second consecutive year as a BTI Client Service All-Star for client service excellence in an annual survey of US corporate leaders conducted by BTI Consulting Group. Out of the 319 attorneys named BTI 2017 Client Service All-Star, Mert is one of 54 to earn this ranking for a second consecutive year.
The "BTI 2017 Client Service All-Stars" list is based on feedback by more than 300 corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies. According to BTI, "(t)he All-Stars is a data-driven ranking based solely on in-depth telephone interviews with leading legal decision makers. This research is independent and unbiased – no law firm or organization other than BTI sponsors this study. No law firm or attorney influences the results, submits nominations, or provides client names to BTI." BTI notes that the 319 attorneys named 2017 BTI Client Service All-Stars possess six essential traits: superior client focus, innovative thought leadership, unmatched business understanding, legal skills, outsized value and outstanding results.
