Wiggin and Dana Partners Named to IAM Strategy 300

February 13, 2017

Wiggin and Dana Partners Joseph Casino and Michael Kasdan have been nominated for inclusion in the 2017 edition of Intellectual Asset Management's IAM Strategy 300 – The World's Leading IP Strategists.

IAM Strategy 300 is the unique, annual listing of individuals with an established track record in developing and rolling out world-class IP value creation programs. Strategists are nominated through an extensive research process involving in-person and phone interviews with senior members of the global IP community. No individual can qualify for a listing unless he or she is nominated by at least three people from outside of his or her organization.

"We believe that intellectual property can and should be used to increase bottom-line returns and enhance shareholder value by, among other things, securing freedom to operate, facilitating collaborations and generating revenues," according to IAM. "We also believe that none of this is possible without considerable input from people who have a deep understanding of the ways in which intellectual property can most effectively be put to work: world-class IP strategists."

Staffed with more than twenty corporate, litigation, patent and trademark attorneys – many with scientific research backgrounds – Wiggin and Dana's Intellectual Property team provides its diverse clients with comprehensive, high-quality counsel and integrated solutions in all aspects of complex patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and proprietary technology protection, both domestically and globally.

IAM is universally acknowledged as the world's leading IP business media platform. To read more about the methodology and selection process for the IAM Strategy 300, please click here.
