Wiggin and Dana Recognized by Law360 as a Regional Powerhouse
Wiggin and Dana is honored to be named as a Regional Powerhouse for Connecticut by Law360 for 2025, thanks to several major legal victories. These include:
- Defending a record-breaking $582 million fraud judgmentย inย Marafi v. El Achchabi, upheld on appealโthe largest in Connecticut history.
- Winning a landmark remote education caseย for Yale University, where the firm secured a summary judgment and appellate affirmation in a COVID-19 tuition refund suit.
- Protecting the reputation of Mystic Seaport Museumย in a copyright and contract dispute over historic yacht blueprints, resolved largely in the museumโs favor.
