Wiggin and Dana Represents Midwestern Electric in Connection to its Sale to CAI Capital Partners

Wiggin and Dana represented its client Midwestern Electric Inc., an Indiana-based leading infrastructure services provider with a particular focus on providing specialty electrical services to the municipal and state owners of traffic infrastructure in the U.S. Midwest, in connection with the sale of its business to CAI Capital Partners, a Vancouver-based private equity firm. Partners William Perrone (M&A), Scott McClure (Tax), Michael Lipp (Real Estate) and Christian Chandler (Employee Benefits) and Associates R.J. Kornhaas and Daniel Nambiar were integral to the success of this transaction.
