Wiggin and Dana Represents Pet Vet Care Centers, LLC in Acquisition of Mixed Animal Veterinary Associates North America, Inc.

September 30, 2020

On September 30, 2020, Wiggin and Dana’s client Pet Vet Care Centers, LLC, a portfolio company of KKR, acquired 100% of the outstanding stock of Mixed Animal Veterinary Associates North America, Inc., the owner of over 30 mixed animal, equine, and companion animal veterinary practices around the U.S.

The transaction was led by Partner Heather D. Rahilly, along with the corporate team of Associates R.J. Kornhaas, Brittany Christensen and Jermaine Brookshire, Jr.. Attorneys in the firm’s Healthcare Private Equity, Antitrust, Real Estate and Tax and Employment groups also assisted, including Partners Rebecca Matthews, Benjamin Diessel, Michael Lipp, Scott McClure and Associates Christine Wachter and Jason Stevenson.
