Wiggin and Dana Secures Dismissal of COVID-19 Business Interruption Lawsuit in N.D. Illinois

Partner Michael Menapace represented Zurich American Insurance Co. in a lawsuit brought by Park Place Master Tenant LLC for claims of COVID-19-related losses. The Law360 article, “Zurich Unit Nabs Dismissal Of Calif. Hotel’s Pandemic Suit” discusses the judge’s decision to grant Zurich’s bid to dismiss the complaint.
