Wiggin and Dana Secures Victory for Yale New Haven Hospital

Wiggin and Dana attorneys, Mary Gambardella, Caroline Park and Christine Wachter, represented Yale New Haven Hospital in a lawsuit filed on behalf of a former employee who claimed reverse race discrimination, which was recently dismissed by a federal judge.

A statement from the firm was highlighted by the Connecticut Law Tribune in an article regarding the ruling: “The ruling is a reminder for employers of the importance of ongoing and documented performance management procedures, as well as comprehensive internal investigations. Our client is of course pleased with the result.”
