Wiggin Opportunity Initiative Featured in Mid-Market Roundup 2022 Update
Wiggin and Dana was featured in Law.com’s article “Mid-Market Roundup: Staying True to Firm Identity” highlighting the Wiggin Opportunity Initiative (WOI)‘s second year of completing steps towards a 10-year, $10 million pledge of services to women and minority-owned businesses. “Business ownership promotes equity,” said Managing Partner Tim Diemand. “Helping minority-owned businesses navigate the range of issues faced by new businesses is a wonderful way for us to support positive change in our communities.” A WOI client, Lizbeth Marquez-Flores, founder of Locks of Liz, detailed how WOI services were able to give her company a crucial head start and encourages other minority business owners to apply for consideration. “I was able to file trademarks and patents that would have been out of reach without significant growth in my company first,” said Lizbeth.
