Adam Cohen is an Associate in the Corporate Department in the firm’s New York office. He is also a member of wiggin(x).

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Adam worked at a global law firm in New York City where he represented emerging companies from formation to funding and counseled them on the day-to-day corporate governance and strategic business matters in between. Adam represented clients across a broad array of industry verticals, including fintech, cleantech, data analytics, health and wellness, fashion, and the arts. He advised venture capital investors in equity and convertible debt financings as well.

Adam earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he served as Staff Editor for the Journal of Law and Business and participated in the Business Transactions Clinic. Adam received his B.A. in History, summa cum laude, from Brandeis University.
