Jordan is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department, based in the firm’s Stamford office.

She represents clients across a broad range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and financings, divestitures, commercial agreements, and other complex corporate transactions, as well as related corporate governance matters.

Jordan received her J.D. and M.B.A from Cornell University and received her B.A. in Political Science from Haverford College. Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Jordan practiced at global law firms in New York, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, financial services and finance transactions.
