Jordan is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department.

She focuses her practice on negotiations for buy and control transactions in the financial services industry and advised clients on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and compliance with operating covenants.

Jordan received her J.D./M.B.A. from Cornell Law School, where she served as President of the JD/MBA Society. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Haverford College. At a previous firm, Jordan was one of the four co-leaders of the New York Committee and Ethic Diversity.
