Each year, Wiggin and Dana LLP and LeadingAge Connecticut collaborate to produce a comprehensive summary of new Connecticut laws affecting providers of services for the elderly. This year’s Summary reports on legislation affecting nursing homes, residential care homes, home and community-based services, and individual practitioners.
