2026 Summary of Key Connecticut Legislation Relating to Providers of Services to the Elderly
Each year, Wiggin and Dana and LeadingAge Connecticut collaborate to publish a comprehensive summary of new Connecticut laws affecting providers of services for the elderly. The 2026 Legislative Summary highlights significant legislative changes impacting nursing homes, assisted living communities, residential care homes, home health care and hospice agencies, senior housing and other home and community-based services, hospitals, and telehealth providers, as well as individual practitioners. The publication was prepared by Wiggin and Dana’s Health Care Practice Group Partner Jody Erdfarb, Special Counsel, Maureen Weaver and Associates, Madiha Malik, and Andie King.
