Wiggin and Dana Advises Full Circle Technologies, Inc. on Sale to Schneider Geospatial

Wiggin and Dana represented Full Circle Technologies, Inc., a permitting & licensing software company based in Boston, Massachusetts that streamlines permitting for municipalities, in connection with its sale to Schneider Geospatial, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners.

The Wiggin deal team consisted of R.J. Kornhaas, Jordan Yellen, and Selma Tabakovic.
