Park, and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer Jana Simon, will participate in a panel discussion for the Cure Symposia hosted by Deerfield. This discussion will cover strategic actions taken with diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and address the following topics:

• Driving Organizational Change
• Fostering a Culture of Inclusion
• Infusing DEI into all Business, Operational, and People functions

Cure by Deerfield recently launched a weekly symposia to advance thought innovation in healthcare, management, policy, as well as other relevant subjects. Its intended goal is to foster growth, education and collaboration amongst its thought leaders. The symposia will be delivered virtually at first and later through a hybrid fashion, taking advantage of Cure’s state-of-the-art conference and teaching center.
