Health Care Transactions Attorney Debbie Cardinali Joins Wiggin and Dana
Wiggin and Dana LLP announced today that Debbie Cardinali has joined the firm’s New Haven office as a partner in the Health Care Practice Group.
With more than 30 years of experience, Cardinali is an established health care transactions attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financial transactions, and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Cardinali was senior associate general counsel and director of transactional legal services at a major health care system, where her practice focused on acquisitions, joint ventures, collaborations and regulatory advice.
Cardinali has also been a partner in private practice advising private equity groups and middle market companies on a wide variety of transactions and corporate matters across many industries. In addition, she has assisted in structuring collaboration agreements for clients with startup and early-stage companies to help develop and improve innovative software technology and products.

Cardinali earned her J.D. at University of Virginia School of Law and B.S. at Old Dominion University.
