Wiggin and Dana Antitrust Partner Appears on Financial Management Network
Wiggin and Dana Antitrust Partner Robert M. Langer recently appeared in the Financial Management Network series where he discussed important developments implicating the antitrust aspects of various employment-related agreements among competitors.
The FMN series is made available to approximately 30,000 financial management professionals nationally. Mr. Langer focused his remarks in part on the recent advisory issued by the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, alerting human resource professionals and to businesses, generally, which emphasized that both non-poaching and non-solicitation agreements among competing companies may now be subject to criminal prosecution.
