Wiggin and Dana Antitrust Partner quoted in BNA Insights Antitrust & Trade Regulation Report

Wiggin and Dana partner Bob Langer was quoted in BNA Insights Antitrust & Trade Regulation Report article "FTC and CFPB Sign MOU to Pledge Coordination for Protection of Consumers." The article describes the memorandum of understanding entered into by the Federal Trade Commission with the newly created Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. CFPB was established as a result of the Dodd-Frank legislation. The "MOU" is a requirement of Dodd-Frank so the two agencies can better coordinate their respective areas of jurisdiction.
