Wiggin and Dana Appoints Tim Diemand to Executive Committee
New Haven - Wiggin and Dana appointed Partner Tim Diemand to the firm's Executive Committee. Tim is joined on the Executive Committee by Partners Scott Corrigan, Paul Hughes, Patti Melick and Chair, Bob Benjamin.
Tim Diemand is Partner in the firm's litigation department. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, professional malpractice defense, and representing clients in the entertainment industry. Tim acts as lead trial counsel for public and private companies in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
Tim graduated with a B.A. cum laude from Clark University and received his J.D. with honors from the National Law Center at George Washington University where he was a member of the Journal of International Law and Economics.
He is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Federal Practice Section and Co-Chair of the CBA's Professionalism and Continuing Legal Education Committee. Tim also is on the Board of Directors for the Center for Children's Advocacy.
