Wiggin and Dana Represents Boxcar PMJ in Series A Funding Round

Wiggin and Dana client, Boxcar PMJ, a venture capital investment firm comprised of several family offices, led a $17 million Series A investment in Immuneering Corporation, a bioinformatics company that will use the proceeds to fund its pipeline of oncology medicines. In connection with the financing, Boxcar PMJ’s founding partner Joseph Kekst will join Immuneering’s board of directors and Boxcar’s founding partner Peter Feinberg will join as an observer.
