Dimitri is a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Real Estate, Construction and Facilities Department. He is also Co-Chair of the Family Office and Strategic Investment Group. His practice includes representing a wide array of clients including high net worth individuals and family offices in commercial and residential real estate sales and acquisitions, financing transactions, leasing transactions, and development and construction contract negotiation. Dimitri also has experience in corporate entity formation, including drafting limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, bylaws and resolutions as well as employment, independent contractor, and non-solicitation agreements. Dimitri has substantial experience representing developers and lenders in all facets of the development and financing of low-income housing and tax credit transactions, which typically include various levels of financing from conventional sources, governmental grants and loans, and tax credits.

Dimitri received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and History from the Pennsylvania State University (University Park).

Dimitri is an active member in the Greek community, volunteering his time to benefit both his church and the surrounding community, and speaks fluent Greek.
