Kenley Stark co-authored an article titled, ‘Art Market Enforcement During the Pandemic,’ published by Wealth Management. The article examines how COVID-19 temporarily reduced government oversight of the art market by slowing courts and investigations, while cautioning collectors, dealers, and other market participants to remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements despite the decline in enforcement activity.
