Wiggin and Dana represented Atlas Asphalt in its partnership with O2 Investment Partners; a strategic transaction that will accelerate Atlas Asphalt’s continued expansion across the Northeast and broader coastal region. This partnership strengthens Atlas Asphalt’s ability to scale its full suite of commercial paving and maintenance services.

The Wiggin and Dana deal team consisted of R.J. Kornhaas, Jordan Yellen, and Amanada Farrish.
