Partner

R.J. is a Partner in the firmโ€™s Corporate Department, where he advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and debt financing, commercial agreements, governance and general corporate matters, across multiple industries that include technology, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, digital media, consumer products and food and beverage. He is also a member of wiggin(x) and is Co-Chair of the Family Office and Strategic Investments Practice Group.

R.J.โ€™s clients include early-stage companies and privately and publicly held middle-market companies. He also advises family offices and high net-worth individuals in connection with private and venture investments. Representative matters include direct and fund investments, ranging from early-stage SAFE and Seed rounds, to leading priced rounds and guiding investors through exit transactions.

R.J. received his J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

  • Indiana-based infrastructure services provider Midwestern Electric in its acquisition by Canadian PE firm, CAI Capital Partners. Midwestern Electric provides specialty electrical services to municipal and state owners of traffic infrastructure in the Midwest.
